Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any accessories must also be included. You’ll also need to provide us with the full, legible product receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send to you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a refund may not be payable.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return shipping costs 

Customers may be required to pay for some or all shipping costs of items returned. Customers may be required to pay upfront for all return shipping costs or shipping costs may be required to be withheld from any amounts refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We may choose to include special conditions regarding shipping, returns, refunds or other considerations in our store listing descriptions that supplement or supplant our standard policies. Where there exists any ambiguity, the special conditions outlined in store listings override those outlined in our policies.

Exchanges 

We do not generally offer exchanges or store credit. You may return a product in exchange for a cash refund and then make a separate purchase for a new product.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Refunds will only be repaid to your original payment method and we do not take responsibility for any funds lost due to issues regarding payment methods (eg we won’t reimburse customers for funds lost during the refund process due to the original payment method being cancelled, changed or otherwise).
